Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all rental and event services provided by LoopScene – Sound & Light Rental, operated by Adrian Iosif Gal, to private and business customers. By booking or renting equipment through our website or directly, you agree to these terms.

3. Rental Period and Return
The rental period begins upon pickup or delivery of the equipment and ends upon return in proper condition.
The renter must return the equipment on time, complete, clean, and in the same condition as received.
Late returns may result in additional rental charges.

4. Responsibility and Liability
The renter assumes full responsibility for the rented equipment from the time of pickup or delivery until return.
Any loss, theft, or damage will be charged at repair or replacement value.
LoopScene assumes no liability for damages, accidents, or losses resulting from improper setup, operation, or use of the rented equipment.

5. Payment and Deposit
Payment must be made in full before or upon pickup/delivery.
A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after the equipment is returned and inspected.
All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

6. Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental start date are free of charge.
Later cancellations or no-show without notice, the full rental fee is due.

7. Use of Equipment
The equipment must be used solely for its intended purpose.
Sub-renting, modification, or transport to another event location without written consent from LoopScene is prohibited.
All technical connections (e.g., power, control, safety) must comply with current safety standards.

8. Liability of LoopScene
LoopScene is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent.
Liability for slight negligence, loss of profit, or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Force Majeure
LoopScene shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, weather conditions, power failures, or governmental restrictions.

10. Data Protection
All personal data provided during rental or event bookings will be processed according to our Privacy Policy

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding UN sales law.
The place of jurisdiction for any disputes is Dornbirn, Austria.

12. Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
