Welcome to the LoopScene Return and Refund Policy page. This policy explains how returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled for all event equipment rentals made through www.loopscene.eu

1. Scope

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all equipment rentals made through the website www.loopscene.eu

2. Rental Nature of Service

All items on loopscene.eu are offered for temporary rental use only, not for purchase. Returns and refunds therefore apply only in cases of cancellation before pickup/delivery or faulty/damaged items upon delivery.

3. Cancellations Before the Rental Period

– Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the agreed rental start date.
– Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start or not showing up without prior notice the full rental fee will be charged.

4. Refund

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used during the original transaction.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds are granted only if:
– The cancellation was made within the allowed time frame.
– Equipment was unavailable or not as described upon delivery (verified by LoopScene).
– A double payment or technical billing error occurred.

5. Return of Equipment

Rented items must be returned on time, in clean and proper condition, with all accessories and packaging materials.
– If the equipment is returned dirty, incomplete, or damaged, repair or cleaning costs will be deducted from the deposit or charged separately.
Late returns may result in additional daily rental charges.

6. Deposits

If a deposit was paid, it will be refunded after the equipment has been inspected and confirmed to be in proper condition.
Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days after return.

7. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available if:
– The equipment was used incorrectly or damaged through negligence.
– The renter failed to provide correct setup conditions (e.g., power, safety).
– The cancellation occurred after the equipment had already been picked up or delivered.
